Nozzle scratches the surface of the last printed layer

Postby Zhlechker » Wed Aug 22, 2018 10:26 am

Hello. I'm new to 3d printing and I have a question about using XYZ Printing Da Vinci 2.0 Duo. I noticed that the nozzle scratches the surface of the last printed layer when it moves to the next fill point (or to start a new layer). On the Internet they say that this is a problem with the standard slicer, but can we somehow solve the problem using the standard software (XYZ Ware)? If not, can someone help me and send settings for the Cura or Slic3r?

Try increasing your Z down after doing a calibration.
