AiO Scanner Issue

I have a new Ai0 printer and am having scanner issues. The print function works fine but the scanning functions does not. I keep getting a Printer Disconnected error and nothing I have tried fixes the problem. XYZ Tech Support has not been much of a help as they are hard to reach and get an answer from. I am running Windows 10 on a Dell Laptop with an integrated web camera. The scanning software is up-to-date and both scanning camera drivers are loaded and appear to be working properly. What is odd, when the XYZ Scan software first loads, the printer lights up so there is some level of comms between the computer and the printer. But after that - nothing.

Any ideas out there?

I also have the same problem.
When I open the software XYZscan on my mac, it opens the XYZware and the printer is always "disconnected".
Do you have any solution for this problem?
