This company has horrible customer service and bad policies

XYZ printing has horrible customer service and refuses to honor warranties unless you pay out of your own pocket for shipping to their repair facility. Our Da Vinci Mini W printer has broken twice and both times we have been told that we must ship the printer from NC to CA at our own expense. Although this may be stated on their warranty, they need to tell you this up front instead of after you have spent your hard earned money on their pieces of junk!!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen a company do this and treat customers this horribly. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
