Slicer Software Crashes

I'm having a problem with the Nobel Software on my Windows 7 computers. I've used both my laptop and my tower computer, when I connect the USB cable to try and update the firmware the Nobel Software crashes. I doesn't matter if the software is open first and then I connect the usb cord or if it's connected first then I open the software. I have updated the Nobel software to the latest version on both computers.

Any ideas?

Call tech support and email them your phone #.

They will get together with you work with you, they have called me and help, had some what the same kind of problem with my computer.
Got mine to work on other computer, my problem was and is on the other computer a bad widows update.
Give them about 2 day to 3 days by phone, by email somewant faster, they will skype.
