Noble 1.0 - Prints all come out with a long Y Axis

Postby SWright » Mon Jul 09, 2018 3:46 pm

I've tried several Prints the last one was a Calibration cube. The Y axis is really long, but the X & Z look okay.
How do I get this printer to print the correct dimensions?
Thank You.

Is this the Nobel 1.0 or the 1.0a?

If this was the 1.0a, and if you post a link to your model, I can try it and see if I get the same result. Did you slice it using Mac or Windows? What kind of resin are you using?

Noble 1.0 (Open Resin). I’m using the Clear SLA A1 Resin that came with the printer.
The 20x20x20mm Calibration cube came out to be.
20mm tall and wide on one side, and then 50mm long, the other side was 10mm on the top and 20mm at the bottom.
I tried uploading a picture, but the forum didn’t like it.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2428406 <— This is the last thing I printed, but I’ve tried printing about 4-5 different things at different resolutions. All of them were too long.
I’m using the Noble XYZ Slicing software in Windows 10.
I’m running the latest software and running the latest firmware on the printer.
50mm is to far off for the software to correct for.
Thank you for your assistance.
