Get the correct print bed level for da Vinci Series

For da Vinci 1.0/1.0A/2.0/AiO
There is a common misunderstanding, the success calibration means the good print bed level.
While, the success calibration only means the print bed sets as horizontal, but the distance between nozzle head and print bed may not be correct.
If the distance is too far, the bottom of printing part will warp. Even the filament gets blocking jam on the nozzle
If the distance is too close, the nozzle gets conflict with print bed, and filament cannot load continuously
Especially when the life time of the printer goes on, we usually meet this problem, the calibration shows success, but the printer cannot print good. So, we need to check this distance.
Here is the process,
1)Initialize the printer, and print your sample

2)Shut down the printer

3)Move the extruder, and insert two sheets of copy paper(around 0.25- 0.3 mm) between the nozzle and print bed, then kindly twist the 3 nuts together (If not twist 3 nuts together, the print bed will lose horizontal level) until the paper perfectly fits in between the nozzle head and print bed.

4) After calibrate, take away the paper and re-start the machine, then this time the print bed level should be good

To check the bed is still level you can check the gap above each of the three setting screws.
