XYZ would rather treat their customer poorly and cost money out of my pocket to ship their defective product back for a second time to repair it instead of simply paying for shipping, replacing the product, or refunding the product. $45.00 in shipping or ultimately $288 refund is more important to this company than their customer being happy with the product. It is an absolute shame that a kid can't use his Christmas present (which is still under warranty) because this company is so greedy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
